Club  Meetings

 

Meetings are held at Enginuity (Postcode TF8 7DQ). Parking is free to modelers who bring models. The public pay admission to Enginuity as normal, which allows them into our displays in the exhibition areas. Non-TIMS modellers and potential new members are most welcome, but please contact our secretary, Janet (jrway@tiscali.co.uk) in advance, to help plan table space, refreshments, etc.

 


0900        Doors open for unloading and preparing displays. Get car park passes from Janet.
1000        Doors open to public. Refreshments available for exhibitors until 1130.
12.00       Light lunches and snacks available until 4.00pm
1400        Business meeting about (30 minutes), followed by Project team meeting.
1630        Last public admission to Enginuity.
1700        Enginuity closes.
